I had a fantastic stay with clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds, which made for a cozy retreat after exploring the city. The hotel offers a lovely leisure room and a nice rooftop area that helped me unwind. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t really take away from my great experience! 😊

Great stay near everything
The location is a total winner, just a few mins to the Grand Palace! My room was comfy, and I loved the breakfast with tasty options. However, the drains are noisy in the morning, which is a bit annoying. The lobby is modern and chill, perfect for a drink after exploring.

The hotel was clean and modern, with very accessible facilities. I particularly appreciated the spacious lobby, which made it easy to navigate, and the attentive staff who assisted me with my luggage and inquiries.
Additional seating options in the rooms would be nice.

missingWrote a review on Aug 17tired decor
The overall feel of the hotel leans a bit tired, with some rooms showing noticeable wear and a faint, musty odor in the halls. Accessing the breakfast room can be a hassle due to the intricate stair setup, which may not be ideal for those with heavy or multiple bags. Several rooms have been reported to lack essential amenities like a proper kettle for coffee or tea, which can dampen the comfort you'd expect. While the central location is a major plus, the noise from nearby bars might interrupt a good night’s sleep, especially for light sleepers.

Fantastic location and great views from breakfast
I had a lovely stay, mainly due to the fantastic central location just steps away from all the popular attractions and the stunning views from the breakfast area. The breakfast itself was a highlight, offering a nice variety including fresh pastries and local meats. However, some rooms could use a refresh in terms of decor and furnishings.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is perfect for sightseeing, and we explored iconic spots like the Grand Place and Manneken Pis. The breakfast on the top floor was a highlight, with great views to start the day. Definitely a good value for the experience.
Unfortunately, the mattress in my room was soiled and wet upon arrival, which was pretty off-putting. The hotel did help fix it, but it was inconvenient and I expected better hygiene standards.

Location is a gem! Just steps away from shops, cafes, and a fine breakfast that's convenient and nutritious. Perfect for our family getaway.
The room was so small, I thought about using a shoehorn to fit in! And those carpets-let's just say they could star in a horror film.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room, and honestly, it had a comfortable bed and was clean, which I appreciated. But, the air conditioning worked fine, and the bathroom was decent. I did notice a few cosmetic issues like some marks on the walls. The view wasn’t great, just looked at a nearby building. It was a bit cramped for my taste, but it got the job done for a night.
